Ken
Davies
Managing Director
Before moving in to the executive search business, Ken had over fifteen
years experience in board level positions within both large blue chip
and smaller entrepreneurial organisations.
Ken states:
“The background to the establishing of KSDR Search in 1999, was my
perception of a lack of rigorousness and process excellence by the
recruiting businesses I was dealing with. This, and a lack of
understanding and experience of real businesses issues, often recruiters
have seen nothing but recruiting, convinced me that there was a need
for a truly results-focussed recruitment solution provider. I wanted a
recruitment partner, who shared my delivery ethos, who would operate in
a truly transparent way, and I felt would provide me with the best of
the best, not the best on their books”
Now with over a decade of experience within senior level search and
selection, he has developed a particular specialism within the
engineering, packaging, environmental and scientific sectors,
specialising primarily within operations, business development, supply
chain and technical development functions, on a pan-European, indeed
international basis. He has been responsible for the recruitment of
senior and board level professionals for a number of blue chip clients
across a diverse range of industry sectors.
Laura Davies
Executive Search Consultant
Prior to joining KSDR Search as an executive search consultant, Laura
worked for an Agro Chemicals business in the East Midlands. Her
scientific background also incorporates three years studying Biology at
the University of Bath.
Laura deals with a mix of industry clients covering a raft of technical,
scientific, environmental and commercial positions. |
